Current Co-worker vacancies

Vocational Co-worker — House Guardian: starting August 2008

An exciting opportunity exists for an individual or couple to join our team of House Guardians to run a residential house. Experience of working with people with special needs is essential, and we prefer you to have experience in managing people in some way. We expect you to hold or be willing to undertake professional training to NVQ level 3 or 4.  Therefore the person/s appointed will need a good command of English, both written and verbal. We expect you to be willing to receive guidance in running a house along Camphill/Anthroposophical lines and be keen to work together with other members. Camphill or curative education experience would be an advantage.
